The Freshman boys tried to go 3 for 3 on the season, but were defeated yesterday by GPS 8-5. Talan Pickens paced the Eagle Offense with 3 hits while Noah Sheridan and CJ Rockafellow chipped in with 2 a piece. Nathan Siemen and Jake Opperman combined to give up only 2 earned runs in over 3 innings of work. The guys are now 2-1 on the season as they take on Ford in a doubleheader this weekend.
