The officers of the organization consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chairperson, and Volunteer Chairperson.

The basic duties of each of these Officers are:

President:

 

Be the face of the Eisenhower Athletic Booster Club. If you have a love for sports and our Eisenhower Athletic Community you would be an excellent person for this job. Making sure the Board is raising the funds necessary to support our student athletes and Athletic Department, which is our primary mission.

 

Vice President:

 

Act as the aide to the President, conduct a monthly internal audit of treasurer’s financials and facilitate teams in organizing Poker Charity events to raise $2,000 to $4,000 for their team.

 

Secretary:

 

Supports the President in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Board. Is responsible for ensuring meetings are effectively organized, minuted and maintaining effective records.

 

Treasurer:

 

This position requires experience in finance or related field, such as business administration or accounting. A knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and accounting is a must. Bring an ability to collaborate with team members and drive results.

 

Membership Chairperson:

 

Is responsible for the identification and selection of new members. Maintains a current record of all eligible members in good standing

 

Volunteer Chairperson:

 

Develop and maintain a list of all volunteer job descriptions, policies, procedures as they relate to the operation of all Concessions activities. Maintain records of volunteer effort for members and non-members per signup sheets.
