The Eisenhower Eagles girls varsity soccer team played L’Anse Cruese North in their first MAC RED match up Monday night. The Eagles defense anchored by Hadley Farr and Sonja Peterson was solid throughout the game, supporting Molly Mellott as they earned their third shutout of the young season. Ellera Jakubowski scored two goals in the first half and Ava Dukaj scored two goals in the second half to give IKE the 4-0 shutout victory. Sam Losh had two assists while Dukaj added another. IKE JV also earned a shutout tonight beating LCN 5-0.
The Eagles travel to Anchor Bay High School Wednesday evening. JV kicks at 4:30pm & Varsity at 6:30pm. GO IKE!
