The Eisenhower Eagles girls varsity soccer team continued their winning ways Wednesday night with a 9-1 victory over the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils.  It was a complete team effort as all the Eagles contributed to the victory and 2-0 start.  Coach Mehrdad Nekoogar had the mid-fielders and the entire offense clicking once again.  Sophomore Julia Aniel tallied three assists while Senior Captain Hadley Farr, Olivia VanDam, Priti Cahill and Sam Losh each had one assist.  Multiple goals were scored by the Eagles. Two “Hat-tricks” in the game!  Sophomore Ellera Jakubowski and Freshman Maryn Smith continued their scoring streaks, each scoring three goals.  Senior Captain Ava Dukaj got into the mix knocking in two goals while Freshman Sam Losh had one goal to complete the 9-1 rout.

The Eagles Girls soccer teams will face off again next Thursday April 11th against the Troy Cowboys at Swinehart stadium.   Come show your IKE Spirit!  Game times are 4pm JV and 5:30 Varsity.
