It was a packed house at Swinehart for the MAC Red showdown, with MHSSA live-broadcasting the game.   Anchor Bay came out strong putting immediate pressure on the back line, pressuring the back line.   There was back and forth possession.  Ike had an opportunity midway through the half to capitalize on an open net, but weren't able to get the shot on net.  The teams were evenly matched until the 18 minute mark, Anchor Bay threaded a pass perfectly to a breaking forward and went up 1-0.  The rest of the half went much the same with the teams ending the half with Anchor Bay up by 1.

The 2nd half was much of the same.  A back and forth battle.......missed opportunities on both sides of the field with the end result the same, with Ike suffering a 0-1 loss, their first in the MAC Red.
