The Eisenhower Eagles broke a 3-3 tie on an Austin Thorpe single in the 5th inning and never looked back, beating the Richmond Blue Devils 6-3 at Comerica Park. In the regular season finale Owen Van Dam and Giuseppe Sapienza each had 2 hits while predominately pitchers Drew Baker, Gavin Rutkowski, and Nick Opperman all had huge hits and all pitched at least an inning of shutout baseball. Rutkowski picked up the W on the mound for IKE. Brandon Kedrow, Marco Fodale, and Landen Dupuis all had hits as well. GO IKE!!!!
