The Eisenhower Eagle Seniors ended their careers at the IKE Baseball Field in style, falling behind the Marysville Vikings 6-0 before scoring 9 runs in the last 3 innings to walk off the Vikings 9-8. Trailing 8-7 with 2 outs & the bases loaded, Aaron Thorpe roped a double down the LF line, scoring Anthony Fodale and Andrew Krysinski for the W. Senior Jake Verellen picked up the Win on the mound. The offense was paced by Thorpe’s 2 hits and 4 RBI’s, and Senior Aiden Ives’ 2 hits and 2 RBI’s. Seniors Verellen, Brandon Rice, Danny Szalkowski, Fodale, and Logan Sandri each had a hit as well. The boys pushed their record to 14-18 on the season.
