The Eagles were one pitch away from victory at Comerica Park. With a 5-4 lead going into the final inning with GPN. After getting the first 2 outs, the Norsemen were able to rally with an error, a walk, and a 2-run double to walk the Eagles off 6-5. Jake Verellen went 3-3 with 3 extra base hits and 3 runs scored and Danny Szalkowski reached base all 3 times and drove in 2 runs.
