The Eagles moved to 2-0 on the season with a 9-2 victory over the Chippewa Valley Big Reds. Josh Verellan gave up only 1 hit and walked none while striking out 8 in 4 innings of work. Ashton Lawler struck out 6 more in the last 3 innings to close out Chip. Danny Szalkowski and Aiden Ives had 2 hits a piece and Andrew Krysinski blasted a double for IKE.
