The IKE JV baseball team took their first "L" of the season on Thursday with a 2-1 loss vs. Romeo. Nick O'Neil and Derek Mucciolo combined to strike out 6 and didn't allow an earned run. Griffin DeMasse, Joey Grajewski, Talan Pickens, Landen Dupuis, and Noah Johnson each had hits for the Eagles.
In game #2, the guys shutout the Bulldogs 5-0. Jimmy McGuire struck out 6 and only allowed 1 hit to pick up the win on the mound. Austin Thorpe had 2 hits while Ben Krajenke slashed a 3-run double. The boys are 2-1 in the MAC RED and 7-1-1 on the season.
