The Freshman girls continued their win streak traveling to Grosse Pointe South. The started off the first quarter with a 7-2 lead and finished the half with a 13-6 lead. The home team put on a little pressure in the 2nd half but the Eagles held them off and finished up with a 31-24 win. There were a lot of contributors to the scoring; Abbie Brecht led the team with 14 points, Chloe O'Loughlin and Amy Sidaway pitched in 6 points a piece, Ameiah Wallace and Layna Sturza each had 2 points and Molly Yeske had 1 point. The girls continue their road trip to Port Huron North on Thursday - tipping off at 4pm with JV & Varsity to follow.
