The Eagles met up with Novi at Elworthy Field in Grosse Pointe for their rescheduled dual meet on Monday. #9 Novi pushed hard at 4S, ID, 2D, and 4D forcing 3rd sets. With the exception of 2D, who were ahead initially in the 3rd set 4-1 but lost momentum and the set 5-7, the other flights held on to win. Novi defaulted at the 1S and 2S flights, which ended the dual with a 7-1 win for Eisenhower.

Eisenhower was able to cruise to wins in 2 sets at 3S, 3D, and 5D.

Eisenhower will be using the rest of the week to ready themselves for the regional meet on Friday, May 17th. The tournament will be an all day event starting @ 8 30 AM and will be held at Utica, Henry Ford II, and Eisenhower with the championship matches @ Eisenhower in the afternoon hours.

Eisenhower is projected to win the championship trophy once again this year having defeated PHN twice in regular season play.
