Nicholsons Score Gold at Ann Arbor Huron Double Dual; Eagles take 2nd overall

The Eisenhower Eagles drove out to Ann Arbor early Saturday morning to improve on their current #8 rank in the Lower Peninsula Division 1. However, #7 Holland West Ottawa defaulted due to an emergency among their ranks and the AA Huron Quad immediately turned into a double dual with the remaining teams, #9 AA Huron (tied with Novi and Troy) and #2 Bloomfield Hills.
The Eagles made haste defeating AA Huron at 3S, 4S, 1D, 2D, and 3D, cementing their #8 rank for a another week. #2 Bloomfield Hills defeated Eisenhower in all flights except at 2D; matches between the 2 teams were very competitive.

Bloomfield Hills won the mini tournament with a total of 13 points and took home the trophy and majority of gold medals.
Eisenhower finished in second place with 6 points, followed by AA Huron in 3rd with 5 points.
Eisenhower will travel to Troy Athens on Monday, May 6th for a dual meet starting @ 4 PM
