The Ike Girls Varsity Golf team won first place at the Lapeer Tune-Up Tournament on Friday, August 17, 2018! Ike scored 354 beating out 11 other local high schools (mostly from Oakland county). Rochester Adams came in second place with a score of 362. Lake Orion (which had won the Lapeer Tournament the previous four years in a row) came in third place.
Out of approximately 60 total high school golfers, Ike's Ariel Chang had the best score of the entire tournament, shooting 73. Alexis Sharplin shot 93, Allison Gottshall and Lindsay Valentine both shot 94, and Hannah Dunn shot 107.
