Due to the weather, the January 18 open gym has been cancelled. Conditioning will continue next Tuesday at 7pm in the Commons.

Ike Boys Lacrosse off-season conditioning will take place throughout the winter on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 7:00pm until 8:30pm. The first night will be January 14, 2020, 7:00pm. We will meet in the Ike Commons (cafeteria). Bring shoes that are fit for running and bring water. Do not bring lacrosse equipment into the building unless specifically told to do so by a coach.

In addition, we will be hosting Open Gyms on Saturday from 10:00-12:00pm throughout the winter. During these open gym sessions, no official instruction will take place, but all players and students at Ike, Malow, and Shelby are welcome to come with lacrosse sticks. We will provide tennis balls to use to play catch and work on mechanics with student-athlete-led activities & games. Tennis balls allow players to hone their catching skills with soft-hands since they are so bouncy. Coaches will be present purely to supervise and will not be providing instruction or evaluation.

Registration for the 2020 Boys Lacrosse season will open Monday, January 20th and be available through Saturday, January 25th.
